Day 1: Nairobi – Arusha

Pick up from your hotels in Nairobi at 7.30 am drive to Arusha with a stopover at the border post for imigration formalities,arrive in Arusha to be met by one of our staff followed by safari briefing, overnight in Arusha tourist inn hotel or similar.

Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

The drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park takes about 4 hours. After having a picnic lunch in Manyara, you start a late afternoon game drive, which is the best time to view animals in this park. When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade. Other animals frequently seen are zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and others. Overnight at the Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge or the twiga lodge and campsite.

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast leave lake manyara for Ngorongoro crater arriving with game drive at the crater rim thereafter you continue to descend 2000 ft (670m) into the crater floor for full afternoon crater tour to see black manned lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and other grazing animals abound with picnic lunch served inside the park. Return to SIMBA Campsite or Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, Leave ngorongoro after breakfast for Serengeti arriving in time for lunch after lunch proceed for afternoon game drive in this unique park to see the many animals. Take your leisure while exploring this world heritage site, where earths largest concentration of plain game still roams free! In the late evening, overnight at the Serengeti Seronera Wildlife Camp or Four Seasons Serengeti Lodge.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park

Morning and afternoon game drive in the Serengeti with a lunch and leisure break at the lodge or campsite in the mid afternoon .The term ‘serengeti’ means endless plains in maasai language. In the central plains there are carnivores like, leopards, hyena and cheetah. This park is normally the scene of the annual migration of the wildebeest and zebras, which occurs between Serengeti and kenya’s maasai mara game reserve. Eagles, Flamingoes, duck, geese, vultures are among the birds that can be seen in the park, Dinner and overnight at the Serengeti Seronera Wildlife Camp or Four Seasons Serengeti Lodge.

Day 6: Serengeti – Arusha

After an early breakfast, check out of the lodge or campsite with packed picnic lunch and depart for a last game viewing on your way out of Serengeti. In the late afternoon drive to Kilimanjaro or Arusha airport in time for your onward flight. Alternatively continue to your booked hotel for overnight.

Cancellation policy

Safari invoice cancellation  charges  for both Kenya & Tanzania Safaris.

  • Cancellation  up to 60 days prior to commencement of the safari: Zero  cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation  up to 35 days prior to commencement of the safari : 25% cancellation charges
  • Cancellation  up to 15 days prior to commencement of the safari : 50% cancellation charges
  • Cancellation  less than 14 days or more than 7 days prior to safari start : 75% cancellation charges
  • Cancellation  7 days or less before commencement of  safari – Zero refund, 100% cancellation charges apply.
  • Refunds due to you in the event of safari cancellation can only be credited to the original credit / debit card used in making of initial payment, if within 6-months of refund payment.
  • In the event of a cancellation, please be advised that a 5% administrative fee will be levied to account for transaction charges.
